Pursuant to the Consent Decree, the WWTA post required deliverables in this Public Document Repository (PDR) for public comment. During the comment period, you can use the form below to provide your comments. Documents related to thDone Editinge deliverables will also be available at the Chattanooga Public Library - Downtown Branch located at 1001 Broad Street, Chattanooga, TN 37402. As projects move forward, updates will be posted on the WWTA's PDR and at the downtown library.

The Hamilton County WWTA conducted two Public Meetings to provide information about the deliverables required by the Consent Decree, titled Signal Mountain Remediation Plan. Details about each meeting are available below:

Public Meeting 1 was conducted on August 5, 2024, at 6:00 – 7:00 PM local time, at Joseph Glasscock Community Center, 3620 Tom Weathers Drive, Red Bank, TN 37415. 

Public Meeting 2 was conducted on August 6, 2024, at 10:00 – 11:00 AM, local time, at the Signal Mountain Town Hall gymnasium; 1111 Ridgeway Avenue, Signal Mountain, TN 37377.
