Understanding Your Bill
Your monthly sewer charges are based on metered water consumption plus a Private Sewer Line Fee.
WWTA applies a 10% penalty on all past due sewer bills. Please keep your sewer bill current to avoid penalties and a $30 delinquent administrative charge for potential shutoff of water. Payments must be posted by the due date on your bill. Failure to pay may result in termination of water service.
Should you not receive your bill near the normal billing date, please call us as we cannot be responsible for delays in mailing caused by the postal service.
If your water is turned off for nonpayment of a sewer bill and you make a payment or arrangements to have water service reconnected, it is your responsibility to ensure that your home is prepared. Any damage resulting when the reconnection is performed is solely your responsibility.
A $35.00 fee is charged for all returned checks or debit/credit card payments. Declined, returned or stop payments are subject to bank charges and collection fees.
